So my girlfriend Kristen got married a couple of weeks ago in Texas. She is the first one of our group of friends that has tied the knot!!! Apparently now that she started..many more will follow as I have been told by those older and wiser than I.
It was an amazing opportunity for a group of 9 of us to re-kindle our friendship sparks after graduating High School and all going our separate ways. And I have to say- it was one of the best weekends of my life this year. As soon as my friend Ali and I landed in Texas from LA- our adrenaline started rushing with the excitement that this weekend and amazing event was actually HERE!
The wedding was in the middle of nowhere (also called Satin) just outside of Waco, Texas. The location was titled Moon River Ranch- it was gorgeous! Surrounded by roaming longhorns, llamas, horses, chickens, dogs, and of course miniature ponies- you couldn’t get enough of nature!
Needless to say we all drank and were very merry for the next 2 days of pre-wedding and wedding activities! I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing first experience as a Bridesmaid. Life is beautiful, and surround yourself with people who smile and love you as you are.

Hey Chanel! I love the pictures – the ranch is lovely, and it looks like a lot of fun. I missed my first close friend’s wedding this year cos I had appendicitis. How unlucky, right?
