I felt like I haven’t done a music post in a while – and since “music is the art of the soul” -let’s get a little soulful shall we??

Music really is the language of the world. Everyone can find a song to express a mood, emotion, or any type of feeling they might be experiencing. It’s funny how so many memories are connected to certain songs in my life. They are like triggers of the mind – a flash of images pop up into my brain when a certain tune fills my ears.  I’m sure a lot of you can relate to that sensation as well.

It’s on my Bucket List to learn how to play either the drums or the bass. And now that I really think about it, those instruments are exactly like the heartbeat a song. They are the pulse of music. I’ve got a strong, giving, loving heart – and I think that reflects on the songs that really relate to my life.

Listed below are a couple of songs that trigger happy thoughts and feelings in my life at the moment. Hope you enjoy them 🙂 Feel free to share in a comment a song that you love right now!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD – Sweater Weather

MUMFORD AND SONS – I Will Wait

WILLIAM FITZSIMMONS – So This Is Goodbye (Pink Gante Remix)
